The flashing red arrows indcate where the gages should be registering at, minimally, if not higher.  The pipes at this location had become so curroded inside that the water was no longer able to flow through without obstruction.  The inner diameter of the pipe had become drastically reduced by the sediment build up.  In turn, this caused a major drop in dynamitic performance over a long distance. 
     To correct this, we trenched and installed a new main-line.  Secondly, a filtratrion system was installed.  Not by us.
