Troubleshooting
Wires, Valves, Sensors, Controlers
Failing Valves can be the result of many differnt things. Using the process of elimination, we can isolate the problem and then make the necessary repairs.
Controllers may also have a tendency to fail. Resulting in the power not coming on. Maybe one zone isn't working, maybe they are all running at once. Whatever the case might be, the procedure is going to be the same. We work down the process of elimination, in the most economical way possible. Again, we isolate the issue and make the necessary repairs.
Rain Sensors that fail sometimes only need to be resynchronized. They also have a much shorter lifespan than many of the other sprinkler components in the system, and as a result of this, they may need to be replaced occasionally.
Zone Wire can fail as well, as it is directly buried in the ground. This issue can be the result of tree roots stretching the wire apart or critters chewing through them, causing a severed signal between the valve and the controller. This can be detected and repaired.
LEAK REPAIRS & PART REPLACEMENTS
Pipes, Heads, Nozzles, Fittings, Increased Billing
Broken nozzles are fairly easy to locate and can be replaced relatively fast.
Broken heads are typically pretty easy to spot as well. In some cases, a failing head may not be noticeable right away, due to when or how it is losing its water. With a very thorough
system evaluation, the more difficult symptoms can be identified and addressed as well.
Head replacement in most cases is routine and can be done relatively quick.
Broken Pipes or Fitting fall under one of two different cadigories. The first being a main-line break, which is generally easire to find, mostly because the water is surfacing around the clock. This type of leak will affect your water bill far more drastically then the next one. The second type is a lateral-line break. These are quite a bit more difficult to find. They can be harder to catch on your water bill, and they are not always easy to identify on your property. However, through the process of elimination, we can rule out possibilities, isolating the leak, identifying it, and making the necessary repairs.

ADJUSTMENTS
Rotors, Spray, Drip, Micro-sproy
Rotor Heads can be a challenge too for some people to adjust. This is usually because different models and brands require different tools and/ or different adjustment techniques. However, making the correct adjustments to a rotor, can create huge coverage improvement to the area it is responsible for.
Spray Heads are not always set up with the best adjustment settings and can be improved with some tweaks. The most common improvement to be made is removing an improperly placed nozzle and replacing it with something more suitable to the area that it is responsibe for covering. If is has the correct nozzle for the location it may only need to be shortened or lengthened a little bit. They can also be increase or decrease in radious to maximize coverage potential.
Drip irrigation is ever changing and coming out with new technologies and concepts. So, not only do we make sure that it is functioning properly, but we also go through and make sure it's up to speed with the industry standard.

UPGRADES & MODIFICATIONS
Water Efficient Nozzles, Rain Sensor, Updated Layout, Modified Watering Schedules,
Modifying your Layout is unavoidable. As lawn encroachment takes place and shrubs grow taller and wider we are faced with the requirement of shifting some things around. If your layout has not been evaluated and/or modified in a few seasons, chances are your system may not be watering at its maximum potential. It may be time to add a new head or relocate an existing one. We may even find out that some heads need to be extended with risers. All are steps that can be identified and taken during a Standard Sprinkler System Evaluation.
Upgrading from a previous generation technology may also be what your system needs. Older controllers don't have all the same programmability options as a newer one. Maybe you need to add a rain sensor to your system.
Wi-Fi controllers are the new trend with tech savvy people.
